The first words of the Carmina Burana.
Long ago I heard a recording of a more ancient version of this than the Karl Orff version we are all familiar with (Conan the Barbarian, etc.) It would have been sung by eunuchs which I guess are extinct now and used "curved" notes, which were interesting.
The words are Latin and translate roughly to "Life's a bitch and then you die".
