365 Days Of Luck Day 41 Something Big.

I baked a very large cookie (biscuit to non US English speakers) using a nice oatmeal cooky recipe and featuring pecans, almonds, walnuts, dates, raisins, dried cranberries, and I don't remember what-all else. It was delicious and wholesome, if a bit burnt around the edges, due to the spreading.
