So I'm Gonna Look For A Job

Last time I went job hunting I found employment largely by Luck.
Went to WorkForce, went to United Way, searched the papers and the Craigslist and then got referred by my next-door neighbor, while sulking on the porch with a cigarette. 
Read countless articles, went to Networking Groups, attended a Resume-Building class, visited with a Job Search Coach.
Worthless!

This time, rather than a desperate, I'll take anything that pays kind of scenario, I'm looking to get hired in the Destination of my dreams and I am employed, so I can be more choosy, but one thing is Blindingly Obvious....
